Custom orders may require artwork review, file approval, design confirmation, material selection, production scheduling, and final customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, contact details, artwork files, logos, images, measurements, quantities, colors, spelling, and any other details needed to complete an order. Octopus Plus is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information, low-quality files, misspellings, inaccurate measurements, or unapproved changes requested after production has started.

Custom Artwork and Production

All custom designs, logos, images, and artwork submitted by customers must be legally owned by the customer or used with proper permission. By submitting artwork or images to Octopus Plus, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use those materials for printing, customization, branding, or production.

Colors shown on screens may vary from printed materials, fabrics, signs, wraps, decals, and finished products due to differences in monitors, materials, printing methods, lighting, and production processes. Minor variations in color, placement, texture, size, and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on artwork approval, material availability, order size, vendor delays, weather conditions, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octopus Plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of this Website, the purchase of products, custom production, printing results, installation services, delays, errors, or reliance on information provided on the Website.

Octopus Plus is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse of products, customer-supplied artwork, third-party materials, vehicle or surface conditions, or failure to follow care, maintenance, or application instructions.

Third-Party Products and Services

Some products, materials, apparel, blanks, printing supplies, shipping services, payment processors, or production-related services may be provided by third-party vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers.
